Nokia 2360 Flip Price in India, Launch Date, Features & SOS Button

HMD has launched the Nokia 2360 Flip, a new clamshell feature phone designed mainly for senior citizens and school students. The phone comes with dual displays, a dedicated SOS button and a Family Assist feature that allows family members to manage the device remotely.

The Nokia 2360 Flip is a 2G feature phone, which means it will work only on 2G networks. This is a major point to keep in mind for Indian buyers, especially as several telecom operators are moving away from 2G services in many parts of the country.

Nokia 2360 Flip Price in India

HMD has not announced the official price of the Nokia 2360 Flip for India yet. The company has also not confirmed when the phone will be available in the Indian market.

Since the phone is a basic 2G feature phone, it is expected to be priced in the budget segment. However, buyers will have to wait for an official announcement from HMD to know the exact India price and availability details.

Nokia 2360 Flip Launch Date in India

HMD has not shared an India launch date for the Nokia 2360 Flip so far. The phone has been announced globally, but details about its availability in India remain unclear.

Given that India is one of the biggest markets for feature phones, there is a possibility that HMD may bring the device here in the future. But until the company makes an official announcement, buyers should not expect the phone to be available immediately.

Nokia 2360 Flip Full Specifications

The Nokia 2360 Flip comes with a 2.8-inch main display with QVGA resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. It also has a 1.77-inch secondary display on the outside, which shows time, notifications and caller ID without opening the phone.

The phone runs on Nokia Series 30+ OS and comes with 4MB RAM and 4MB internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card.

SOS Button and Family Assist

One of the biggest highlights of the Nokia 2360 Flip is its dedicated SOS button. When pressed for three seconds, the phone sends emergency text messages to up to five pre-set contacts.

The phone also comes with a Family Assist feature. This allows family members to manage the device remotely through an app, set call and SMS limits, and keep track of the user’s safety.

The phone has a simple interface with large icons, making it easy to use for senior citizens and children. It also supports parental controls, allowing parents to restrict calls and messages for added security.

Battery and Design

The Nokia 2360 Flip is powered by a 1,450mAh removable battery. HMD claims the phone can last up to 15 days on standby, making it a good option for users who want long battery life.

The phone has a classic clamshell design and weighs 121 grams. It is available in three colour options—Charcoal, Teal and Burgundy Red.

What’s in the Box

The retail package of the Nokia 2360 Flip includes a charger, USB Type-C cable, removable battery, quick start guide and safety booklet.

Should You Buy It?

The Nokia 2360 Flip is a good option for users who want a simple, reliable phone for basic calling and texting. Its SOS button and Family Assist feature make it especially useful for senior citizens and school students.

However, the biggest drawback is its 2G-only connectivity. With telecom operators phasing out 2G networks in many areas, buyers should check network availability in their region before considering this phone.

For users who need 4G connectivity, better cameras or internet browsing, a basic smartphone or a 4G feature phone may be a better option. But for those who want a no-frills device with long battery life and emergency features, the Nokia 2360 Flip could be worth considering once it launches in India.
