The woman’s seniors then try to calm her down and ask her to speak to them privately. However, she refuses, saying that she wants to air her grievances in front of everyone.
“I’m not going to talk to you privately,” she says. “I want everyone to know what’s happening here. I’m being treated unfairly and I’m not going to take it anymore.”
The video has since been viewed over 1 million times and has sparked outrage on social media. Many people have expressed their support for the woman employee and have called on Byju’s to address her concerns.

This is not the first time that Byju’s has been accused of mistreating its employees. In recent years, there have been several reports of employees being overworked, underpaid, and subjected to a toxic work environment.
The latest video is a reminder of the need for companies to create a more supportive and inclusive workplace. Employees should feel safe and comfortable speaking up about their concerns, without fear of retaliation.
If you are an employee who is experiencing unfair treatment at work, there are resources available to help you. You can contact your union, a human resources representative, or an employment lawyer. You can also file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
